Monica studied law at the University of Augsburg, the University of Leipzig, and the University of British Columbia. After working as a lawyer in a law firm for several years, she moved to the private sector. Since 2011 she has been working in hospital administration, with a focus on the areas of law, compliance, human resources, and complementary project management. At IKIM she spearheads legal and compliance projects and ensures effective collaboration with the university hospital system.
