
Lisle Faray de Paiva is a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (IKIM), University of Duisburg-Essen, supervised by Prof. Dr. Dr. Jan Egger, working on augmented and extended reality applied to AI-guided therapies.
She holds a Master of Science in Medical Imaging and Applications (MAIA) from the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s program, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal do Maranhão, Brazil. She has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications and is a recipient of an Erasmus Mundus scholarship and a Young Scientist Award (FAPEMA, Brazil).
