Julius is an oncologist at the University Hospital Essen and a data scientist in the IKIM TIO group working to develop personalized treatment strategies for cancer patients. Using large, multimodal datasets he aims to build a longitudinal prediction platform that guides decisions from initial diagnosis along a patient’s treatment path. In particular, he aims to identify patients who are at increased risk for side effects and relapse.
