Jan-Niklas Wolf

Jan-Niklas Wolf studied Medicine at the University of Duisburg-Essen from 2019 to 2026, developing a broad clinical foundation with a particular interest in cardiology and machine learning. Since April 2024, he has been working as a student research assistant at IKIM. Within the Annotation Lab, he gained experience in OCT, CT, and natural language processing annotation. In parallel, he contributed to research on cardio-oncological prediction models in collaboration with the West German Heart and Vascular Center Essen. After completing his medical degree in 2026, he will begin his specialist training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology in October 2026.
