Alexander Brehmer pursued his master’s degree in Applied Computer Science at the University of Duisburg-Essen and is currently a Ph.D. student within the IKIM group. His research centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance healthcare, with a focus on the “KIADEKU” project. This project aims to develop an AI-driven tool that aids nursing staff by identifying and classifying different wound types, thereby streamlining the documentation process and enabling more precise care management.
